Pay Doña Ana County Tickets

Doña Ana County Municipal Payments
Las Cruces Municipal Court lists Monday through Thursday hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday hours of 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Walk-in court check-in begins Monday through Thursday at 7:30 a.m., with arraignments starting at 9 a.m. Traffic citations require action within one month from issuance. The court also states it does not employ other agencies or make automated or personal collection calls, which is useful when screening payment calls.
Sunland Park Municipal Court proceedings are Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m.; citation payments are made at City Hall, through nCourt by phone at 877-717-4546, or online, and not at the courthouse. Anthony Municipal Court accepts payment in person, online with service fee, by phone at 575-201-6420 with service fee, or by check or money order to P.O. Box 2525. Hatch Municipal Court lists Monday hours in village materials. Mesilla Municipal Court is listed in the statewide directory, but the research found an operational-status caution, so verify before relying on detailed local copy.
Traffic Dismissals and Deferrals
If MVD staff ask for proof of sentence compliance or citation dismissal, contact the court for an official document. The document must be on court letterhead, have the issuing clerk's signature and date, and show a matching citation number. MVD says an original certified court document can be faxed to 505-827-2783 or 505-827-2267. MVD may research a deferred traffic sentence within 48 hours when it still appears on the driving record.

Traffic Warrants and DWI
